Signal Management System
SMS 7000 System Training
This course is designed to provide broadcast engineers and systems
technicians with an operational understanding of the SMS 7000 Video,
Audio, and Data Routing Management System. Integrated lectures and lab
exercises allow participants to develop greater capabilities in system
configuration, troubleshooting, tie line, and network operations.
The training facility houses a complete and functional SMS 7000 system.
The system in the training room is networked to an M-2100 Master Control
Switcher and to a second and larger SMS 7000 system in the adjacent
studio.
Each participant will receive a full set of training materials that
closely follow the presentation sequence. Every effort will be made to
tailor the information to the participant’s particular application.
