Spares Kits

Having Spare Parts on hand can alleviate the headache of downtime and minimize your exposure. (Only offered on specific models for switchers, Digital Video Equipment and Servers).

Training

The performance of your equipment depends upon the training of your personnel. Grass Valley Group offers operation, advanced operation and technical maintenance courses, as well as a customized training program.

SmoothStart^(SM)

SmoothStart is the newest Grass Valley Group Service product that concurs with the initial installation of the specific products, and includes:

• Comprehensive on-site checkout, verification and product overview by a Grass Valley Group Field Engineer;
• Technical Overview Training to familiarize you with signal and function of your product, to provide troubleshooting support, manual and service review; and to help you gain experience with setup and configuration; and,
• Operational Overview Training to familiarize you with basic panel layout, overview display, Aux Bus and routing of system.

*Note: SmoothStart available for Kalypso, Profile Network Archive, and Vibrint Products.

Advanced Exchange Contracts With this contract you will receive Advance Exchanges of parts with same day shipment (if ordered by 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Subject to part availability).

Software Update Annual Service Contracts (for Profile Products Only). The Software Update Contract ensure software updates of new releases, or revision released for the Profile software, as well as offers software technical support.

Personalized or Customized Service Contract With a personalized contract you are assigned a single point of contact at the factory to handle all your service needs. The system advocate will understand your system, and will become familiar with your needs.
