Kathy Redd

Finance
Kathy Redd is vice president of Finance for the Grass Valley Group.
She is responsible for the company's consolidated financial reporting and
analysis, cash management, credit and collections.
Prior to joining the Grass Valley Group, Redd was vice president of
Finance at Jomed Inc. (formerly EndoSonics Corporation) in Rancho
Cordova, California, where she was responsible for Finance, Materials,
and Human Resources. Redd participated in two acquisitions, a subsidiary
spin-off, initiation and execution of several integration plans for the
newly acquired companies.
Redd worked for Acordia, System Industries and Arthur Andersen, prior
to Jomed Inc. as well as holding several key financial positions
throughout California before joining the Grass Valley Group.
A member of the American Institute of Certified public Accountants and
the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, Redd holds a
bachelor's of science degree from California State University in San Jose
where she graduated with highest honors.
