Jim Sakaguchi oversees the worldwide service team to meet the
competitive needs of Grass Valley Group customers. To that end, he has
implemented new policies, Internet/business systems, and processes to
provide more efficient services to those customers.
Sakaguchi adds a dynamic operations and customer service background to
the management team providing the versatility to move Grass Valley into
more than 20 years with such high technology companies as Apple Computer,
Amdahl, Intel, IBM, and Tektronix.
Sakaguchi holds an MBA in International Business, a BS degree in
Business and Computer Science and possesses numerous professional society
accreditations in the area of logistics, manufacturing, and information
systems.
